Chris’ work is found at Clean Energy Authority, where is the head writer covering the ins and outs of the solar industry on a daily basis. He’s a regular contributor to the internationally published Sun & Wind Energy and to Denver Urban Spectrum for which he’s written cover stories. He’s written on the outdoors for Trail’s Edge Blog, where he’s interviewed polar explorer Eric Larsen and others. And he’s covered music events like Bad Religion and Rise Against and other topics—including midget wrestling, yes really—for the Denver-based newsweekly Westword.

Chris has developed SEO content for websites delivering top 10 results for their targeted keywords for nearly a decade. For instance, if you search “bonsai starter” in any of the major search engines, you’re likely to find Meehan’s Miniatures among the top 10 results on the major search engines, Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc. He developed that content nearly a decade ago, drastically increasing awareness of the brand and subsequently, their sales to retail and wholesale customers. He’s helped numerous other websites like Blackdog Handcrafted Jewelry reach a broader audience.

Chris has written press releases and other communications materials for bands, nonprofits including the Colorado Environmental Coalition, books and more.

He also recently completed editing Justin Lichter’s first book Trail Tested: A Thru-Hiker’s Insights Into Hiking and Backpacking.

Most of his writing is available online, but you can download a PDF of some of his recent work for Sun & Wind Energy here and a copy of The AIS Report on Blue Cross and Blue Shields Plans, which Chris wrote and edited, here.
